By accessing or using DocuAudit ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
DocuAudit provides document processing and data extraction services for business documents, including but not limited to freight invoices. The Service includes web-based interfaces and APIs for uploading, processing, reviewing, and exporting document data.
3. User Accounts
To access the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Ensuring your account information is accurate and current
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Use the Service to process documents containing illegal content
5. Data Ownership and Processing
You retain all ownership rights to the documents and data you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your documents solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
We do not use your document data for training machine learning models or for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.
7. Fees and Payment
Certain features of the Service may require payment. Pricing and payment terms will be provided separately. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DocuAudit and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DocuAudit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DocuAudit from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
